RESERVATION PROCEDURE
NOTE: All ballfields in Allen Township's Howertown Park have been rented for 2008.
Parties interested in reserving a park facility must complete an APPLICATION FOR FACILITY USE and sign the ALLEN TOWNSHIP RECREATION FACILITY RESERVATION POLICY AND LEASE AGREEMENT.
Requests will be handled on a first come, first serve basis with the following priorities:
CLASS TYPES:
TYPE I: Programs and activities of the Allen Township Youth Association will receive priority use of the ball fields at Howertown Park.
TYPE II: Township-based, non-profit organizations, including but not limited to youth and/or adult athletic leagues, girl scouts and boy scouts, church groups, service clubs, civic associations, etc.
TYPE III: Township residents for private use.
TYPE IV: Township-based businesses and their employees.
TYPE V: Non-resident groups described in Type II.
TYPE VI: Non-resident individuals.
FEE SCHEDULE (Class fee plus security deposit)
TYPE II: Ballfields Single use $10; Ballfields Seasonal $100; Pavilion $35; Basketball Court $10; Volleyball Court $10; Soccer/Multi-use Field $10.
TYPE III: Ballfields Single Use $25; Ballfields Seasonal $150; Pavilion $50; Basketball Court $25; Volleyball Court $25; Soccer/Multi-use Field $25;
TYPE IV: Ballfields Single Use $40; Ballfields Seasonal $250; Pavilion $100; Basketball Court $40; Volleyball Court $40; Soccer/MultiUse Field $40;
TYPE V: Ballfields Single Use $25; Ballfields Seasonal $150; Pavilion $45; Basketball Court $25; Volleyball Court $25; Soccer/Multi Use Field $25;
TYPE VI: Ballfields Single Use $40; Ballfields Seasonal $250; Pavilion $100; Basketball Court $40; Volleyball Court $40; Soccer/Multi Use Field $40;
