RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Parties interested in reserving a park facility must complete an APPLICATION FOR FACILITY USE and sign the ALLEN TOWNSHIP RECREATION FACILITY RESERVATION POLICY AND LEASE AGREEMENT.
Allen Township Parks Rules and Regulations
Requests will be handled on a first come, first serve basis with the following priorities:
CLASS TYPES:
TYPE I: Programs and activities of the Allen Township Youth Association will receive priority use of the ball fields at Howertown Park.
TYPE II: Township-based, non-profit organizations, including but not limited to youth and/or adult athletic leagues, girl scouts and boy scouts, church groups, service clubs, civic associations, etc.
TYPE III: Township residents for private use.
TYPE IV: Township-based businesses and their employees.
TYPE V: Non-resident groups described in Type II.
TYPE VI: Non-resident individuals.
FEE SCHEDULE (Class fee plus security deposit)
TYPE II: Pavilion $35; Ballfields Single use $10; Ballfields Seasonal $100; Basketball Court $10; Volleyball Court $10; Soccer/Multi-use Field $10.
TYPE III: Pavilion $50; Ballfields Single Use $25; Ballfields Seasonal $150; Basketball Court $25; Volleyball Court $25; Soccer/Multi-use Field $25;
TYPE IV: Pavilion $100; Ballfields Single Use $40; Ballfields Seasonal $250; Basketball Court $40; Volleyball Court $40; Soccer/MultiUse Field $40;
TYPE V: Pavilion $45; Ballfields Single Use $25; Ballfields Seasonal $150; Basketball Court $25; Volleyball Court $25; Soccer/Multi Use Field $25;
TYPE VI: Pavilion $100; Ballfields Single Use $40; Ballfields Seasonal $250; Basketball Court $40; Volleyball Court $40; Soccer/Multi Use Field $40;
