Restriction: Valley Road, Allen Township, from Becker Road west to the address of 271 Valley Road, is closed due to substantial weather related damage. It is expected to remain closed until further notice. Please use alternate routes. Access to Valley Road homes (other than #271) in Allen Township will be accessible from Twinbrook Road in Allen Township only.

YARD WASTE RECYCLING PROGRAM
Allen Township is accepting yard waste for the FRCA Composting Program.
HOW IT WORKS: Residents are to drop off their yard waste material at the Township building drop off site at 4714 Indian Trail Road, Northampton. The road crew will then transport the material to the First Regional Yard Waste Central Processing Center located on Weaversville Road where it will be processed into mulch and compost.
The public will NOT be allowed entry into the Yard Waste Processing Center on Weaversville Road.
The finished product will then be transported back to the Township where the mulch and compost will be available to residents free of charge.
What is accepted: Leaves, loose no bags; Small brush up to 6 inches in diameter and no longer than 6 feet; hedge trimmings and garden plant residue; Christmas trees free of ornaments and tinsel
What is NOT accepted: Grass, sod, tree stumps, plastic bags.
