Allen Township Sewage Enforcement - Hanover Engineering
On-lot sewage disposal system: ** see note below
A. Fees required in escrow for permits
i. Permits without sewage soils testing $500 per lot
ii. Permits with acceptable sewage soils testing $250 per lot
B. Fees required in escrow for Inspections
i. Inspections for standard systems $150 per lot
ii. Inspections for sand mound systems $300 per lot
C. Commercial/Miscellaneous Permits $1,000 per lot
(including holding tank, composting system)
D. Repairs: $150 plus Engineering fees (hourly rate)
** NOTE: Escrows will be released when the construction of system occurs within six months of issuance of permit. If construction is delayed beyond six months of issuance of permit, applicant will be required to establish Inspection Escrow in accordance to the following schedule. Zoning Permits will not be issued prior to the establishment of Inspection Escrow for the construction of the on-lot septic system. All percolation testing to be performed by others and witnessed by the Township Sewage Enforcement Officer.
