Park & Recreation Board - About Us

The Allen Township Park & Recreation Board consists of nine (9) Township residents serving five (5) year terms appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The Park & Recreation Board makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors relating to the maintenance, equipment and operation of Allen Township Owned and Leased Parks, Recreation and Open Space properties, and any other areas, as acquired by the the Township.

The Park & Recreation Board holds a regular meeting on the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM at the Allen Township Fire Company Building, located at 3530 Howertown Road. Park & Recreation Agendas are available a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled meeting.
