Beginning tentatively on Wednesday, August 19th, 2026, the western end of Graystone Circle, specifically the western loop identified in red on the plan below, will be closed to allow construction to begin on the new roadway extension (marked in yellow) to Horwith Lane. Roadway access is anticipated to reopen to traffic on September 15th, 2026. Please be advised that this schedule is tentative and subject to change.

Asphalt preparation work is scheduled to begin on all roads starting Tuesday, September 22, 2026, and continue through Monday, September 28, 2026.

Asphalt placement is currently scheduled as follows: - River Run: Friday, September 25
- Lock Drive and Levee Run: Monday, September 28
- Delta Road: Tuesday, September 29

Please remove all vehicles from the roadway by 7:00 a.m. on your scheduled work date. Work is expected to begin at 7:00 a.m.

Vehicles left on the roadway may interfere with paving operations and could delay the project. Please use caution and drive slowly when traveling through active work areas.

Important reminder: Preparation work may occur before your scheduled asphalt placement date.

(August 5th to August 21st)
Motorists are advised to use caution and expect traveling delays when traveling on W Bullshead Road due to scheduled roadway improvements associated with the approved Willowbrook Farms Final Land Subdivision and Development Plan. Construction equipment, lane restrictions, and travel delays are expected throughout the project.

Tentative Construction Schedule (The construction schedule is weather dependent and subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.)

August 5–7: Excavation work at the Willow Green and Catasauqua High School entrances. Traffic control devices will be in place.
August 10: Preparation for curb installation.
August 11–12: Installation of new concrete mountable curbs.
August 12–13: Asphalt patching around the newly installed curbs.
August 14 & 17: Road milling operations on W Bullshead Road.
August 18–21: Final asphalt paving (wearing course) throughout the project area.
Please slow down when traveling through the work zone. Follow all posted traffic signs and obey the instructions of flaggers directing traffic.
