Pay Your Trash and Recycling or Sewer Bill
Thank you for paying your Allen Township Municipal Trash and Recycling or Sewer bill through the Citizen Action Center Portal. Please note that if this is your first time paying online you will need to sign up for a portal account with an email address as well as a password created by you. For creating an account, you will need your billing account number, zip code, and name on the bill to continue. Please, have your bill ready as all the necessary information to make a payment is located on the bill.

There will be a convenience fee (payable to Citizen Action Center) for each transaction.

Please have your bill ready with the following information to make the payment:

• Billing account number (please include all zeros that appear in the account number),
• Zip code,
• First and last name on the bill to continue

Online Trash & Recycling and or Sewer Payment Convenience Fees:
3% with a minimum of $3 for credit card payments
$1.50 for e-check payments (if applicable)

*Please note - the "convenience fee" is a fee that is charged by Citizen Action Center and NOT Allen Township for the payment processing service.

Delinquent Trash & Sewer Accounts

Allen Township has hired Portnoff Law Associates to collect unpaid trash fees starting January 1st, 2025. Once a trash and/or sewer account is delinquent, Allen Township is not permitted to collect delinquent trash and/or sewer fees or discuss payment options. Please wait for the Portnoff letter prior to paying your delinquent bill to ensure you pay the correct amount. Please pay online or mail a check for the delinquent trash account as outlined in your Portnoff letter. Make your payment payable to Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd.
